MEDIPREMIUM SERVICIOS MÉDICOS, SL (mediQuo) expresses its commitment to comply with current legislation at all times regarding data protection, specifically with Organic Law 3/ 2018 of December 5 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD) maintaining, in accordance with the provisions of article 31 of the aforementioned Law, a record of the treatment activities carried out under its responsibility, as well as each manager keeping a registration of all the categories of treatment carried out on behalf of the person in charge and the corresponding Impact Assessment Reports are made in those cases that are necessary for the correct implementation of the corresponding measures.

mediQuo and the doctor or professional user each act as data controller with respect to their relevant purposes, in the case of the doctor providing their personal service to the user, and mediQuo offering the services of its app.
The personal data of any of the professional users of the mediQuo platform are stored in a database owned by mediQuo, who guarantees the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the integrity and security of the personal information provided in accordance with the current state of the art, due to the service it provides. The measures adopted will be at least those that are included in the applicable legislation regarding the high level of security.
Only mediQuo's medical and specialist staff will have access to the content of the data, as well as the holders of the personal data (user) in order to provide them with the medical guidance service offered through the platform. mediQuo will not communicate data to third parties.

Billing data: the professional provides the data during registration or at a later time in order to be able to bill and collect payments for queries made through the App.
b) Information that Users provide us indirectly:
Application and device data: mediQuo stores the data of the connection device that the User uses to access the services.

V. How long will we keep your data?
mediQuo will keep the data of professional users while it is providing its services (and, provided that it has not requested the removal or cancellation of the same) and up to 12 years from the last connection of the professional user.
In the event that the professional user revokes the consent for the processing of their data or requests their cancellation (and provided that they have said right in accordance with the regulations), mediQuo will proceed to block them and will only keep them for the deadlines required in accordance with current regulations.

The User has about Mediquo and may, therefore, exercise the following rights recognized in the RGPD against the Data Controller:
● Right of access: It is the User's right to obtain confirmation of whether or not Mediquo is treating their personal data and, if so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and the treatment that Mediquo has carried out or carries out, as well as, among others, of the information available on the origin of said data and the recipients of the communications made or planned thereof.

VII. How do we protect user data?
MediQuo has adopted the necessary measures to maintain the required level of security, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the treatment, in order to avoid, as far as possible and always according to the state of the art, its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, and in any case, it will apply the high-level security measures that are included in the RLOPD.
The personal data provided will not be transferred to third parties without prior authorization by the owner of the same.
Likewise, MediQuo informs users that they have the right to exercise before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, as the competent Control Authority in matters of Data Protection, the exercise of the effective protection of the rights recognized herein.
These Conditions are governed by the legislation of the current Spanish state and the language used will be Spanish. The parties submit to the corresponding Spanish Courts and Tribunals for the resolution of disputes that may arise from its execution or interpretation.
